HMNP provides mobile General Notary Work which caters to the General Public, including but not limited to: Attorneys, Physicians, Nurses, Banks, Accountants, Engineers, Students, TANF Clients, Oklahoma Human Services, Businessmen, and Business Women.

Mobile Notary Service:  Service that will come to you to notarize your documents in a convenient public location or private business

• Mobile/Travel fee is paid in advance.
 Travel Fee must be paid in advance at the time service is requested. It is important to keep in mind that mobile notaries must be paid fairly to cover fuel, wear and tear on vehicles, and valuable time to service the client.
• The travel fee is not set by law.

Primary Service Duties:  Administer Oaths & Affirmations; Take Acknowledgments & Proofs; Certify/Attest Copies; Witness or Attest Signatures

•Valid photo identification CANNOT be expired

•(Notarial Acts): $ 5.00 per signature

•The right thumb print is added to the Notary's Official Journal.

 •Do you need a pick up and/or an in-town courier of a package or document? – Fees are based on distance – please call us for a free estimate

+Form I-9 Verification:

 “Authorized Representative”
• Form I-9 verification fees are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Oklahoma notary fees.

(1) meets a remote hire employee to review Section One of their Form I-9 for completeness, (2) physically examines employee-provided identification documents, ensuring the documents are acceptable in establishing both identity and employment authorization,
(3) completes Section Two of the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
•Note: Unless otherwise instructed, the completed Form I-9 is returned to the employee.
•A travel charge is additional.
